LONG DAY - easy in the park

No yoga today - simply did not get to bed early enough, and I'm REALLY focusing on good sleep.

Ran easy in Oakmont Park - many, many bark laps. I wore a mask, but still felt asthmatic and a little high HR ("spiking" over 130 at just under 8 pace on the watch). Felt sluggish.

Did x3 strides. Back was OK, but an ongoing focus to stretch it out and FINALLY get rid of this "right hamstring"

PM: mentoring on cervical + TJM with Jeff and two other colleagues. It was actually fun. SO grateful to have Jeff as a boss again - he's doing this mentorship for free (which is a huge value).
