PRE trail + singletrack "Minutes" fartlek

Weather: mid70s but not hot

Comments:
Had a longer lunch so did a minutes fartlek on trail in PRE, mimicking MTR conditions. Almost blew it by forgetting shoes, so I had to wear my work shoes, which were luckily some old 890s!

Felt pretty good. Did 1-2-3-4-5-4-3-2-1 with a minute's rest. The AHRs:

Paces were solid, especially since it was tight, winding, overgrown singletrack. I'll take it! Felt good!

PM: was late with some paperwork, then ate with CA and met up with one of her UF friends in town for NCAAs. Nice "girl", and a cute one, of course. :-) Coaching at Oklahoma.
