Comments:
Ran a 1 mile warm-up. After, did three Trent Loops at easy pace for a recovery workout, getting gradually more difficult during each one. Average mile time was probably around 7:20. Three Trent Loops plus the mile equaled 5.5 miles in total. Ate cereal before and felt much better than yesterday.
