Comments:
Anthony was so kind as to meet me for a run this morning around friendship. I started to try to map out the run to figure out the milage but had little success as we were running a loop around the golf course which is unmarked. Nonetheless, it was a lovely run despite my feeling quite heavy-legged.
After, planks (1min each) and leg lifts (5 each side)
