Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Second time to ride to Poquonnock Plains for a run. Ran 3 miles barefoot: 1 mile on the crushed stone path and 2 miles on the adjacent grass. Feet were pretty sore afterward. Worth it!

Bike computer got messed up, and my watch timer accidentally got turned back on, so all times are approximate.
