Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Pretty humid. My legs were very sore and did not feel good at all. I am a little tired from the past 2 runs that were farther than I have been running. We also ran a pretty long warm up and we kept stopping over and over which tired me out. The 15 min loop felt absolutely horrible. I wasn't dying, but mentally I didn't feel good. I didn't run with my team because I knew they would go out too hard. The intervals weren't bad at all because I made them feel easy. Rest was 2 minutes before the 2nd interval and 4 minutes between the last shorter interval. I am hoping that I will feel better tomorrow.
