Great run this afternoon. I was pretty productive today, feeling locked in and the day went by fast but I was really tired by the end. Didnt feel like running but got out there. Started out with a good pace and really worked into it, trying to push myself. I felt like I was going a lot faster than I actually was I guess. The nice flat route let me open up and really work and it felt good. Coming back after looping around I just focused on maintaining the pace. It was cooler out today since it rained a lot, but still humid and I was drenched in sweat.

Essentials: Stretch

Just a simple stretch when I got back. Legs are tired and feeling a little tight honestly.
