did this workout in the afternoon, I was pretty tired from having woken up around 6am to leave columbus, but i wanted to get some speedier stuff in today. Got cramps again for the 4th day straight, think im just nervous about pre-season.
got 30 secs. between 1, 2, 3 and then a minute rest between 3 and 4 then back to 30 sec. for the rest. was on the fast bowl:)
