Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Came home to run in the afternoon. I planned to come home earlier but I had so much research going on. SO much I want to do it is really tough to fit in time to run. Did a little workout on the path. I wanted to do loops around the meadow but it is getting overgrown. They must not cut it during the summer. Anyways just did the same thing on the bike path where the mile markers are now clear. Did 1 on 1 off for 2 miles. There were a lot of bikes out today, and some were going surprisingly slow which messed me up. Grrr. Otherwise I was able to open my stride and push it. Going hard wasnt that long today and it felt strong and natural. 156 HR at the end of the last interval. Dece. Just cooled down the same way back nice and easy I was feeling tired at that point.
Essentials: Stretch
Really easy short stretch today. I do feel a bit tight actually, but I was pretty sweaty when I got back and didnt want to make a mess. Nice short little workout but it felt rushed since I had to go back into lab to get my stuff and finish my experiment. I also got a little extra exercise in by biking to and from lab today!
