Comments:
An awesome steady run! My mom kindly dropped me off near Daniel's drivers ed so I could enjoy some change of scenery on my run. I felt full of energy from the start and enjoyed the gentle hills of Westmoreland St and Kirby, even exploring a little side path around Kirby park.
After, planks (1min15sec per) and leg lifts (10 per side)
