Comments:
Dropped the car off to be fixed in bethesda then wandered bethesda a bit until getting on the CCT. Felt pretty good although this was a very humid run.
After, first set of the crunch progression then 3 min 6-inches. Also 2x10 pushups then 15 pushups.
