Comments:
I drove to the Canal towpath at 8:00 and then went out and back, making notable progress into Georgetown before turning around at 25 minutes. During most of that time (passing dozens of people in the Georgetown five-miler), I had this guy chasing me whose footfalls I constantly heard right behind me. Because I could not stand this, nor stand for it, I ended up running the first phase rather quickly; it was a small miracle I didn't lose more time coming back, feeling quite tired. Jumping jack/pushup progression, 30 supermen, 20 clams, 1-minute scissor kicks, 1-minute high-knees, 1-minute Russian twists.
