Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Being the first workout in ahhh...probably a year, I only ran the first, third, and fifth interval. Ran the first two in control (5:26, 5:24) and then tried to press the last mile (5:11). For the first workout in a long time, I was pleased with the outcome. Most importantly, I didn't feel any discomfort in my knee. If things continue on this path, I may be able to race this fall.
