Comments:
Got out around midday on a solid run to and around the Botanical gardens (which were so pretty!) and got a little lost but then happily found I was only a mile away from the dorms! Felt pretty good but definitely felt the dry midday heat.
After, planks (1:30 each side), leg lifts (15 per) and assorted other strength work
