Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran with Josh in the evening. Taking the train back to Amherst all day. It went well just chilled read a lot and did a little work, but now its time to get back into the grind and start pumping out some quality stuff. I got in later than expected (Took sooo long to get from Springfield to Northampton) so I ate first then digested with some COD. We headed out as it was starting to get dark, making the temp perfect. Started out quick, neither of us had run in a while and we were both itching to get moving. Clipping along real good up the hills, Josh went a little faster down the hills and I held it back a little, I was feeling the pace. Coming back around Amherst College we slowed it down a little bit. Kinda cause we started out fast and Josh's knees were hurting him. Just coasted back to the house down the hill. I felt good today though, strong and efficient, but kinda tight and stiff overall. Reasonable especially after this weekend. Good feeling to get back out on the roads, especially in this classic summer nights weather.

Essentials: Stretch

A good stretch outside, needed that. Working through everything. Still a little sore afterwards but didnt feel that bad after taking so many days off and sitting on the train a lot.
