Comments:
ran 6+ miles with Kraig after a long day at work. It was 85 and I felt terrible but when we started running I felt pretty good. We cranked out six 7:30 pace miles for a 45:00 6 miler. Yard work from 7:00-8:30. Mowing lawns and other work is taking more energy than my running.
