Pratt Workout

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran at night today. Softball canceled (IDK why it was actually really nice out this afternoon). The storms missed us completely. Suck cause now thats another reschedule... Anyways finally got out to run as the sun was setting. Just went up to the track, did a little workout then ran back. Tried to do 400s in a set time interval. 90 sec was too short so I moved it to 100 sec after the first 3. So in total did 6 was feeling my dinner by the end. Also it was getting pretty dark but at least it was good to get out and get my legs moving. Cooldown real easy back down home.

Essentials: Stretch, roll

Drenched in sweat when I got back, good thing I didnt wear a shirt. Knee was a little tight honestly, so I stretched and rolled and then jumped in the shower. Still sweating after getting out... ugh summer will do that to ya.
