Well my bike is in the shop till Thursday and my family's car is broken and also in the shop, so I needed to get home by the way of feet. It was the hottest day of the summer so far, so I went home with a friend and stayed till right before the storm to run home so it wasn't a hot run and it turned out not to be a long enough run either.
It turns out I consistently run at 10:00 minute mile pace when I run by myself. I don't know how to fix that.
