1.5 mi warm up
5k race. 1st mile 5:36 last 2 slower! But time down from 18:40 in July. 5th place 1st in Age Group. Now if I could keep improving at a constant rate of 26 seconds a month that would be nice!
4.8 mile run with the team did 1 hill repeat but figured i better not overdue it. Team did 6-8.
