Comments:
we went and did hill repeats after a 2.25 mile warmup and before the 2.25 mile cooldown that we did while carrying our waterbottles. we did 6 hill repeats of about 200 meters each. we also did recovery jogs back between each one. on our cooldown, we ran into a creepy guy who i think likes hockey.
