Very long day. A lot happened today, especially in the news. I learned a lot too and got some good ideas moving forward. Anyways at the end of the day I was so burnt out, bike home and ate dinner immediately. Wanted to avoid the type of cramp I got last night. No one else was home. I just played some COD to digest then headed out right before sunset. Felt sluggish in the beginning, stomach a little full. I wasnt fully digested but it was better than running on an empty stomach. Going up the bike path was tough but once I got past Fearing and came back through town I started to feel better and picked up the pace. Was a really really pleasant evening, lots of people out around downtown. I wanted to pick it up even more on the way back down the hill, but I had to ease up a few times to prevent an impending disaster... Made it home intime though
Essentials: Stretch
Everyone got home from soccer right when I did, so I did a little stretch while watching more games. Legs are kinda sore today actually. Maybe they just feel really tired from a long week.
