Comments:
We all agreed on a 6:20 ceiling and I felt good for the first mile but soon grew unsure of my ability to maintain the pace AND be in control. I backed off and ran my own pace. Going into the golf course loop I was feeling a bit tired so I eased up and picked it up as I rounded the corner. Last mile felt GREAT.
