Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Into Conte today. It was pretty boring, but productive and effective. I was planning on running from campus, but just didnt feel like it and wanted to go home to decompress a little. Watched a lil Fast and Furious (cause its always on TNT!) and then headed out. Started out slow and sluggish, but definitely worked into it. Probably felt best I have all week. Went down to Groff first. The trail is really overgrown and there is a lot of tall grass so it was tough to run through. It was nice in the woods though, could smell everything with the humidity and the breeze was nice. Just let the hair flow like it was meant too. Its been over a month with the mullet and its amazing. I am just like any other kid from the south side with a dream, and thats just hard work right there. Classic stuff. Felt good finishing up. This was one of those runs where I felt soooo much better after the run.
Essentials: Stretch
Drenched in sweat when I got back, so I did a short stretch. Feeling a little tight when I stopped but ehh still feel ok. Notice that it has been tough to get the higher mileage lately. Must be from softball and not being 100% concentrated on running. What I am getting in quality though and def feels in some sort of shape.
Not sure it adds up quite to 4 since its all crazy in the trails.
