Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Mile splits were 8:05, 7:35, 7:40, 8:01, and 7:59 pace. I ran at 9:45 when it was raining. I felt really good until 2 miles in, the rain stopped and it turned into a tropical forest. It was so humid and sunny and disgusting. I felt horrible after that. My chest started to hurt after 3 miles. After running 3.5 miles, I walked 2.5 miles then I ran a mile. I planned on 7-8 miles, but seriously could not. It is embarrassing to have a run like this when I am 100% committed. I was going to do a double later, but I just thought to myself to be patient in training. I guess I needed an eye opener to realize that my body doesn't know that I turned the page to the next week. Hopefully tomorrow I can get a longer run because I won't be going to WillsHills because I don't want to do the 2 mile time trial.
