Weather: Warm and sunny

Comments:
For my first run at the beach, I did 3x3-minute cruise intervals with 1:30 recovery. I carefully mapped out a .53 mile loop starting from Lake Avenue, making a right onto 2nd and then another right onto Oak. I completed all or most of the course each time, meaning that the intervals were just over 6:00 pace. I slowed down a hair on the third, but enjoyed getting out of my comfort zone and found a rhythm. Ran around steadily to reach 45 minutes.

Warmup: 11:41, followed by drills
Strength: Crunch progression for 40 seconds, 3x27 pushup progression
