Ran on the boardwalk and felt great. I am finally finding a groove on these runs--maybe because of the lack of hills, but based on the workouts I've done the improvements I've been feeling are not by chances.

Strength: 20 clams, 20 calf raises, 2x20 P. Silverman mountain climbers, 30 back bridge, pushup/jumping jack progression
