Comments:
I saved the one place to run in in Rehoboth for my long run: Cape Henlopen State Park. I went out for 34 minutes and just did not feel good. I knew that I would have to focus in order to hold it together. At 51 minutes I paused, stretched my calves, retied my shoes more tightly than usual, then soldiered on, regaining some pace on the way back. 1:30 planks, 25 clams, first set of the crunch progression, 40 of each.
