Or so I thought. Ate a protini burger from Yours Truly 2 hours before running. Not the best idea. It kind of felt like I weighed an extra 30 lbs. Plus, still feeling kind of sick. Did at least use the slow pace to justify taking the back trails, which was kind of fun.
