Comments:
I rose earlier because we had to leave the beach, but have been too distracted all day to log. Part of this run I did in the neighborhoods right next to Route 1. I felt quite stiff at the beginning, but sped up significantly in the last 10 minutes. Drills, four striders, pushup progression with four of everything, 30 regular pushups. So impressed by the U.S. team's performance today at the women's World Cup. 5-2!
