Comments:
Slept pretty well, but it was tough getting up. Left around five before 7, running the first mile or so with CA, before taking off on my own.

Legs felt stiff but the stride pretty good. Kept it really easy: 10:00 first mile (with CA) then gradually to high-mid-8s. Then, on the way back, I worked on the cadence, let the HR creep 120 to 130 as I got down to 7:30 pace. Felt pretty good.

Noon: no run, got my allergy shot.
PM: dinner with CA
