Weather: Intensely humid

Comments:
I was going to put my long run off until later in the week and then I decided not to. I found a somewhat ambitious route to Lee, South on Glebe to Fairfax Drive, to Quincy, then a rarely visited uphill section of Lee highway to the other part of Glebe, all the way back home the usual way. I just accepted when I started that the pace wouldn't be fast, didn't feel amazing with the weather but was pleasantly surprised by gmap's reading. Just because I'm adding in days without strength work does not mean I get to slack off on days when I'm supposed to do it. 2(30 pushups, 100 crunches, 40 supermen), 1:30 planks.
