well after church, my shins were still hurting from yesterday, for some reason. so i went swimming. i swam about 68laps. thats near a mile. so yea now its time to set goals for xc. atleast for the scrimmage. its 1.5miles at farm park. last year i got 9:02. this year my goal is to go under 8:10. hopefully under 8min.but the course is hilly. so my goal will be to go out in 5:08 to 5:10 then try to run under 2:35. that would be 7:45. somewhere around there. :) can't wait!!
