Comments:
Interviewed Rich Hanna at BGD's Starbz in the AM, then drove back to Auburn and did a solo Quarry minutes workout. Monitored HR to cruise in the 16x.
Did 1-2-3-4-5-4-3-2-1 with a minute's jog rest. Felt a little clunky, but OK. Actually wore the mask during, which was pretty brutal!
