splits were 7:07, 7:19, 8:13, 7:58, 7:43, 8:07, and the last .3 was 2:59... needless to say it was REALLY HOT and i run like a beached whale does in the heat so yeah i felt like shit and ran like shit... i felt alright except for the heat though.
