Well today was the chance to get a win. Playing the Chem E team. They had a small squad and we had just the right amount of people. Honestly, we played pretty well. People who dont normally get good hits were making contact, and the base running was solid. They just got more than we did. They pulled ahead after a few errors and then it was neck and neck the rest of the way. Pitched ok, hit well. I moved to short in the 5th and 6th and freaking dominated. It was sooo fun. That inning every ball was hit right to me and I gunned them out at first with Olliville on the base. We were on fire and it was a lot of fun. Definitely the highlight of today. I got a good workout too I was pretty tired at the end of the game. We ended just intime as it started to rain at the end. Close game, close to a win. If we stacked the roster we definitely could have got it, but this is summer softball and everybody plays. Its all good that way.
