Comments:
The running gods smiled upon me today, blessing me with the coolest weather since I started summer training. The only problem was that it occurred on my shortest run of the week. With drills and eight striders, I worked further to access my vast, untapped reserves of speed that I plan unveil in the fall. On another positive note, I'm starting to feel I can deal with hills better!
