So I've finally found a way around running log not wanting me to log my runs. Which is nice, though really obnoxious. We'll see how long it takes for me to get back to seeing my calendar normally. But after these last couple weeks of being sick, fitness is not doing too great. I think I might be less sick this coming week, so I'll try a version of my pre-track training. That got me to solid mileage without getting me hurt, so fingers crossed. Also did hot yoga today. Sweated more than I ever have in my life, but it didn't go badly for a first go.

EDIT: Joe Vo, it seems like you need to gain an appreciation for this site. Even if it is actually legit broken half the time. Beauty lies in imperfection.
