3 mile test run

Comments:
Got the go-ahead from Erik to try the new orthos with a run. In theory, I can't do any more damage to the ITB and that running will be therapeutic. It tightened up after 10 minutes and then loosened up, just like he thought it would. Will be keep close eye on them, he predicts they will drop a bit and we'll adjust them 1 or 2 times before they're all set.
