Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran in the afternoon (2pm) so it was fairly warm. My times to some of the streets appeared slow on the flats but I pushed the hills and felt very strong. Not sure what's up. Maybe I didn't stretch well enough. Regardless it was a good, hard run. Workouts will start when I get back to the U.S. For now I'm just worried about building mileage and pushing the hills.
