Comments:
Unbelievable day to get back into serious running. 1st leg was downhill for 1.5 miles and that set the quads up for a tough day. ITB was ok, probably going to be a little sore but not bad. So hot during midday run, struggled to maintain 7's and last leg included a 700ft climb to Killington over 2.25 miles. Fun though, Masta Killaz placed 5th out of 95 teams.
