Weather: low 70s, warm but not terrible
Comments:
Got up at 5 after going to sleep at midnight. Had a small bowl of cereal and a granola bar before the race. Even though I only trained for 4 days and very little at that, and got little sleep, I still did 2:37 better than last year... I've just become a better really long distance runner from getting older I guess. It's pretty awesome. Had a great conversation with Tom and saw a bunch of other runners too. Was incredibly soar the next day. I warmed up with Elijah and Dakota.
