Weather: sunny, humid, 90.

Comments:
Don't let the time fool you, legs felt like shit first mile but loosened up after that. Ran to the trails since it was sunny and over 90. Did pretty good, think I'm starting to adjust to the heat. First mile at 6:50, after the trails I kept the same effort level and ran the last 1.5 mile at 6:10 pace.
