Weather: cooling off...perfect?
Comments:
A little too uptempo today, but the faster running (a couple miles at 130 hr, and mid-7s pace) felt good. AHR for the whole run was 128.
Did x8 dirtroad strides in AB, working on trunk stability, knee drive, and pelvic opening.
