Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
After taking two weeks off because of back pain, I am going to come back slow and gradual starting this week with only runs from 5 to 15 mins (first two runs don't fit but I will try). I ran with a group down Mass to Idaho and back, making a little detour through the cathedral grounds on the way back. I didn't notice any back pain for the first 10 minutes or so after the run which seems good as my back is just always aggravated and it wasn't during the run (grape flavored children's ibuprofen for the win.) I did strength work before the run and that was the first time since my back started acting up and my back took it fine. So good day.
