Comments:
Zeke and Sahil came over at 4 and accompanied me to Washington Golf.
Sahil and I did
300m freestyle warmup
8x100m freestyle, faster than usual with 1:15 rest
150m easy breaststroke
10x50m sprints, 1 minute rest
200m breaststroke
50m easy freestyle to round things out.
Planned to lift today, but will tomorrow, even though I'm otherwise taking the day off. This marks the end of the down week.
