Comments:
Real night run. No plans today it was nice to just chill out. Slept in and impromtu went to Holyoke Mall most of the afternoon, living the American Dream, shopping for stuff we didnt really need and getting pretzels. It was a lot of fun though actually. Got around to running well after digesting dinner at like 9:30. Even when I headed out, it felt hot and humid. I sweat a decent amount. Felt slow today, just putzing around. Couldnt see all that much since it was pretty dark. Ran along some of the path of the 100 mile run across Mass that was going on today. Im glad they didnt think I was running in the race.
Essentials: Stretch
Tired when I got back. Quick stretch since my legs felt pretty good, but I was thirsty, maybe a little dehydrated. Perfect time for some AP.
Loop is a little longer than 3.5 but not quite 4. I took a lot of time at stop lights today so pace was pretty slow in general.
