Exercise Type: Run
Weather: 70s, really nice
Comments:
Good day at work, then lazed around the house a bit, waiting for CA to get home. As a result, I did a shitty job packing for Waldo Trailwork camping! Forgot enough clothes and my pillows and blanket! DOH!
Drove to Westfir, midway to Waldo, for an easy, flat(ish) river run. The idea was for CA to do an interval or tempo run on the trail, but about 3 miles in, she got double-stung by a hornet. She's mildly allergic, so we cut the run and jogged easy back. Turns out she was fine.
Her MAF pace is getting WAY better. It's been about 7 weeks at 145, and she's now rolling sub-10...on the trail!!! Pretty great.
REAL easy run for us both.
PM: got up to Waldo and camped with a big group at Gold Lake, including Kelly, MB, and some Eug'
ers. Very light on Portlanders and NO Meghan or MLD, which is weird!
