Comments:
I woke up 15 minutes early because a giant mosquito bit my forehead. As soon as I opened my eyes it was staring me in the face; I jumped up and screamed--a good way to begin the day's training. I returned to Ft. Ethan Allen Park and warmed up for an 8x1-minute at 5k pace with 2-minute recoveries. That felt productive, and after I did 10x~80m striders on the grass, the last four barefoot. Finished, I ran back the same way I did on Tuesday.
