Lifted at Oakway. It's been SO long since I've lifted in a gym, I didn't even know what to do!
Two sets:
- deadlift
- bicep curl (in the hinge)
- trunk extension
- lat pulls
One set:
- split squats
PM: made dinner for us, then went to see Lonesome Randall
