Comments:
we did a mile warmup, then walked/ jogged back to the start to do a time trial mile. i did my time-trial mile in 6:01 with an 800 split of 2:58. then i did 7 200s fast and jogged them back. after that i did a .8 mile cool down then i went to the weight room with mattea, spencer, and alec.
